Mayline R14 is a special inert gas for inflating membrane expansion tanks. The product prevents the tank from corroding. Mayline R14 comes in a pressurised safety cylinder which is free of combustible gasses. The product produces about 110 litres at a pressure of 1 bar and at a temperature of 25 °C.
Important note
The product must be protected from freezing temperatures. Follow
the user instructions scrupulously in order to avoid operator risks.

Instructions for use
Shut off the boiler. Screw the special Mayline R15 fitting
to the Mayline R14 cylinder. Connect the fitting to
the expansion tank’s valve and check the pressure on
the manometer. Insert the special inert gas until the
required operating pressure has been obtained.
Safety informations
In the event of eye contact, rinse well with water and
consult a Physician. In the event of skin contact, rinse
well with water. Wear protective gloves and eyewear.
Use water to immediately remove the product from
objects such as tiles, flooring, wash basins, etc. Keep
out of the reach of children.

Mixing proportions
DO NOT dilute. The product comes ready for use.
Transport
The product is not hazardous for transport. The indications
are provided based on actual experience. Technical
changes are possible.
Disposal
The product must be disposed of in accordance with
the current legal standards.
